Ian Stratton photography offers a complete photographic service built on over two decades of commercial experience.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the photographic industry, Ian Stratton has worked with some of the biggest and best in the business. Indeed he started in the mid 1980s working in a colour lab processing film for the likes of Lichfield and Snowdon. From there he launched himself into freelance work, going to where the action was – at first nights, premieres and royal visits. His work soon caught Fleet Street’s eye and his photographs were used in the Daily Express, The Sun and The Daily Mirror, among many others.

Ian’s extensive experience means he has a good understanding of the photographic process – something that is revealed in his stunning pictures.

He particularly enjoys photographing people and sports events but also likes bridal reportage work.

However Ian is not stuck in the past, and a new string to his bow is multimedia work - putting sound and pictures together to great effect.
